Shipping Policy
Your order will be subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days before it is shipped. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be shipped or collected on site.
If you need to change your order or wish to cancel it, please contact me as soon as possible at

Please note that any order that has been prepared on request cannot be cancelled.

Product Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, I will not be doing returns or exchanges. I invite you to learn about the product before purchasing it. I will always be happy to connect with you to tell you more about them.
In the unlikely event that your products are damaged in shipping, please notify me.
A claim will be filed with the delivery company and you will be contacted afterwards. Photos of the damaged item will be requested in order to process your claim and be reimbursed.
